I've got space to host the transcript if you want to do that instead of doing email.
Thanks Ralph, I originally just did the email becuase I didn't want to mess with logging into my upload window for LookinForward.com. But now that I have gotten requests from around the country it is cool to email people.
OkeyDoke. Guess you can also filter out suspect GOoPers and send them copies of the Downing Street Minutes instead.
